Shipping policy

OVERVIEW
At SnapDesk, we ship all orders directly to your door across the United Arab Emirates. All orders are fulfilled and shipped via our fulfillment partner CJDropshipping.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery across the UAE takes 8–12 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing and carrier delays.

SHIPPING COST
We offer free delivery on all orders across the UAE. No hidden fees.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We accept Cash on Delivery for all UAE orders. Payment is collected at your door upon arrival of your order. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT
All orders are shipped from overseas. In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs inspection. SnapDesk is not responsible for any customs delays. Import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the package. SnapDesk is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

CHANGES TO SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at snapdeskuae@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been shipped.
